Free Life and Wellness Goals Group
This coaching group is designed to support members who are working on wellness goals including healthy eating, physical activity, sleep, and stress management. Each month members will:Â Review current wellness goals, be accountable to the group for implementing goals, set wellness goals for the upcoming month, and support each other in reaching goals.
Dates and Time:Â June 24th, July 22nd, September 23rd, October 28th, January 27th, February 24th 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Fee:Â No Cost to Hallowell Center Clients.
