FREE Adult ADHD Support Group first Tuesday of each month 7-8:30pm

Please check the website weekly for schedule changes. Starting Tuesday Sept 6 the group will meet only the first Tuesday of every month. Sometimes we have speakers and specific topics; other meetings are open-ended with no particular agenda. No need to register

All meetings are held in the New location:  Hallowell Center, 144 North Road, Suite 2450, Sudbury, MA 01776.

April 3rd: Dr. Teresa Kohlenberg, child/young adult psychiatrist, will be speaking on a topic of particular interest to parents regarding Mainstream and Alternative Approaches to ADHD symptoms: The Role of Medications, Diet and Supplements.

May 1st: Topic: Communication and Conflict Resolution

No more sessions until September.


Mindfulness Skills for Adults with ADHD
