Your Immediate Family i.e., spouse or partner, and children?
Your extended family, i.e, parents, siblings, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins?

Your neighbors, i.e., the people who live in your building or on your block?
Your cyber-neighborhood, i.e., the people you know online through social media or other means?
Your city or town?
Would you like to feel more connected to any of these groups?
3. Your Friends:
Do you feel as connected to your friends as you did 10 years ago?
Would you like to feel more connected to your current friends?
Would you like to make more friends?
4. Your Work: 
The mission of your workplace?
The people you work with?
To your boss or the people who run the place where you work?
