A lot of people think that if you’re doing well in life, like Bubba Watson, or other successful people with ADHD, you don’t need help. As a child and adult psychiatrist and someone with ADHD, I know firsthand that adults with ADHD who are diagnosed and treated live a much better life than those who aren’t.
ADHD does not have to keep you from achieving your dreams. When managed right, ADHD can take you to the very top. When managed incorrectly, it can lead you down a terrible path.
