Teletherapy for Anxiety and Attention Issues

Worried TeenDr Alisa Powers and Lisa Cornelio (MSW) are offering group and individual teletherapy for 12-25 year olds who may be struggling with attention or anxiety issues as well as any other challenges coming up at this time.

During this crisis, you may notice:

  • the absence of normal routines and structure limiting your focus
  • fear/anxiety of you or your loved ones getting ill from virus
  • sadness from the loss of celebrations such as graduations, proms and other happy events
  • frustration over the inability to be with extended family and friends
  • difficulties associated with returning home to live with parents in possibly tough situations
  • fears and concerns about the unpredictability of the future including academic, college and job opportunities

Help is here. Sliding scale spots are available on a case by case basis.
